Provide training and supervision for the implementation of the CARE Team model for schools served by the Stark County Educational Service Center.
Utilize the CARE Team model in a school-based environment to address the needs facing the student population and their families.
Coordinate training and professional development for staff, parents, and service providers.
Engage and empower family and community by providing student support for individual and educational success.
Establish partnerships to secure, invest, and re-purpose funds and in kind support to promote and ensure the success of the CARE Team model.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the Stark County CARE Team Model.
