Substitute Educational Aide Applicants

Credentials Required for Substitute Educational Aides

AFTER the above four steps are completed and reviewed, you will be contacted via email for additional information OR for further instructions to login to a sub gmail account and to sign three electronic documents (non-conviction statement, emergency contact information, substitute handbook acknowledgement).

AFTER those documents are signed and approved, your name will be ACTIVATED on the Stark County School Council Substitute Aide Sublist, and you will receive a CONFIRMATION email with important attachments.

AFTER you work your first assignment, you will receive payroll documents to complete electronically.  At that time, you are required to upload two forms of ID with your I-9 document.

Substitute In-service information will be coming.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUB OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FROM JUNE 30-JULY 12.
You are encouraged to renew early so you will be ready to sub when school commences in August.
