Stark County ESC Applications through SchoolSpring Job Board

  1. If you do not have a previous account, click SIGN UP and follow the prompts to create a password.
  2. If you already have an account, click SIGN IN with your email and password.
  3. Once you are logged in, here are some suggestions for navigating the application system:   
    • Click “hide map” then you can see our job postings easier
    • The ? in the top right corner takes you to the “help” center
    • SchoolSpring has standardized PROFILE fields and data across districts to allow for future ease in applying for positions.
    • To maintain data consistency, you will need to fill out the PROFILE
    • When you apply for a specific Job Posting, you will likely encounter a custom set of questions that you will be required to complete in addition to your Profile.
    • The last page is a “review,” then you will need to “affirm” and include your initials before submitting the application.
