Sub Teacher Asst. (Ed Aide)

Substitute Teacher Assistant/Educ Aide

Applicants desiring to be on the substitute teacher assistant/educ aide list for the early childhood or special education classes for the Stark County ESC classes, must complete the application form and educ aide permit application listed below.

The following items must be on file in the Stark County Educational Service Center prior to substitute work as a teacher assistant:

  1. Application for Substitute Teacher Assistant
  2. Application for Educational Aide permit
  3. Copy of high school diploma or official college/university transcripts.
  4. Original Social Security Card.
  5. Clear results of FBC (FBI & BCI) taken within past twelve months.
