Substitute Teacher Assistant/Educational Aide
Applicants desiring to be on the substitute teacher assistant/educational aide list for employment in the Stark County ESC early childhood or special education classes must complete the application form and the educational aide permit application listed below.

The following items must be on file in the Stark County Educational Service Center prior to employment as a substitute teacher assistant/educational aide:
  1. Application for Substitute Teacher Assistant

  2. Application for Educational Aide permit
    See link to the right
  3. Copy of high school diploma or official college/university transcripts.
  4. Original Social Security Card.
  5. Clear results of FBI taken within past twelve months.
