The Life and Career Skills committee is focused on developing the
"soft skills" that students need to be successful in workplace and
post-secondary education. Associated concepts include:
- Flexibility & adaptability
- Initiative & self-direction
- Social and cross-cultural skills (socio-emotional learning)
- Productivity & accountability
- Leadership & responsibility
- Moral, ethical, and spiritual development
- Ambition gap
